In addition to developing CGI models ranging from simple to complex, you will play a key role in enhancing the CGI teams capabilities, optimizing workflows, and increasing both output volume and quality. This will involve utilizing industrystandard software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender, to produce highquality 3D models.Create highquality 3D product models for photorealistic rendering using Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.Apply and edit layered artwork on 3D models, ensuring quality and consistency with the CGI team.Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators KPIs and Service Level Agreements SLAs.Develop and work from model creation matrices and support other processesprojects as needed.Train associates on systems, software, and processes, while identifying and improving 3D modelling workflows.Lead by example in punctuality, attitude, and productivity, maintaining a flexible approach to workload.QualificationsExpertise in CGI, with a focus on improving current services, developing team strategies, and troubleshooting issues.Experience in creating and introducing processes, conducting training, and keeping up with CGI industry advancements.Strong knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, KeyShot, and iC3D, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.Technically adept, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills, with an understanding of data confidentiality.Proven ability to meet highquality standards and create training materials for team members.Bachelors degree in relevant field.Additional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployeeAssistanceProgram EAP About NIQNIQ is the worlds leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
