Provide support and cover to Europe Financial Crime FC core commercial BankingCMB, GTS Global Trade Solutions and GPS Global Payments Solutions to ensure uninterrupted coverage and reduce key person risk. Support the oversight of key FC performance indicators for Europe GB CMB businesses, ensuring that the impact of nongreen KPIs is understood, risk is mitigated where required and an achievable path to green is implemented. Support the oversight of relevant audit and assurance review findings and MSIIs, and providing oversight and input to the completion of remedial actions. Support local risk stewards by providing a point of escalation for issues and giving guidance on resolution in line with Group FC Policy.Supporting client queries from the Line of DefenseLoBs.Providing analysis of risk and control data to understand FC themes across the region.Provide advice and guidance to the business on HSBC Group Policy and local regulatory requirements. This includes Anti Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Sanctions and Prohibitions, Anti Bribery and Corruption and other applicable regulatory requirements impacting business operations.Support implementation and embedding of policies, procedures and controls.Discharge the accountabilities set out in the HSBC Global Risk FIM.Escalate in a timely manner. Matters are presented in a way that helps the team management to take the right decision.Identify risk and ensure appropriate mitigation is implemented. Engagement with multiple markets across lines of business, understanding different local risk and control environments and issues, and having the ability to identify themes within these.
