Job Description

You’ll be driving revenue growth by converting inbound and outbound leads into successful AWS customer engagements. You’ll work closely with the AWS team and our internal technical experts to understand client needs, facilitate conversations to curate AWS solutions, and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Leads Management
    • Nurture inbound and outbound leads, assess the client and their needs, develop a clear understanding of their pain points and objectives.
    • Engage in discussions with potential customers to transform prospective opportunities into successful deals.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop effective lead generation strategies to consistently maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting future sales opportunities.
  • Sales Analytics
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Optimize lead conversion and nurturing processes.
 

Requirements

Qualifications
  • AWS Knowledge: Candidates with a proven understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture principles, and the value proposition of cloud solutions will be given strong preference.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software or cloud computing industry.
  • Leads Nurturing: Proven track record of successfully nurturing leads and closing deals.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: A self-starter with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
