Develops and maintains internal tools. Performs other duties as assigned.Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches.What You KnowA minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.Strong experience with AWS cloud platformTroubleshooting skills, analytical problemsolving skills, and the ability to solve technical challengesKnowledge of microservices development and deployment lifecycle, networking and distributed architecture, security compliance, scalability configurationsInsights on Service performance tuning and scalability testing Security compliance Service Discovery optimizationsGood exposure to applications built on Java JEE based technologiesDemonstrates proficient knowledge of engineering tools configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggersMust have Experience working with RESTful web services JSON, JWTMust have Experience working with Java Frameworks Spring, Spring boot and Python3.Experience on Kubernetes and containerization is highly desirableMust have Experience in Cloud Native development AWSMust have Experience working with SQL and knowledgeable on relational Database conceptsExperience with LINUX creating basic scripts using LINUX standard utilities such grep, awk, sed, etc.Experience in Monolithic Legacy systems migrationredesign is highly desirable.Experience working with Version Control tools GITStrong knowledge of software development and project management methodologies is desirableMust have experience with Scrum or other Agile processesStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsPassionate for continuous learning, experimenting, and applying cutting edge technology and software paradigmsNice to haveExperience with monitoring and logging tools Dynatrace, Splunk etc.Exposure to IAM products like Okta.Experience using API Management gateways like Apigee.Experience with Cryptography and Digital Signatures ECDH, ECDSA, HPKE, JWEBuilding automated and scheduled pipelines for analytical processes.EducationBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.BenefitsIn addition to competitive salaries and benefits packages, Nisum India offers its employees some unique and fun extrasContinuous Learning Yearround training sessions are offered as part of skill enhancement certifications sponsored by the company on an as need basis.
