Job Description

Qualification Minimum bachelors degree in information systems, data management, business, or a related field. Experience Minimum 35 years of experience in data management or a related role, with a focus on master data. Requirements Strong knowledge of master data management principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail. Proficiency in data management software and tools, such as ERP systems SAP, Oracle, etc.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems. Create, update, and monitor master data entries, including product, supplier, customer, and financial data. Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, finance, and supply chain, to ensure data alignment and compliance with business processes. Perform regular audits of master data to identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors. Ensure master data complies with internal policies and external regulations, following data governance standards. Work closely with IT teams to support system upgrades, data migrations, and implementation of new data management tools. Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall accuracy and reliability of master data. Provide training and support to endusers on master data management processes and systems. Generate reports and analyze data to support business decisionmaking and provide insights on data trends. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance and process optimization.
