It comprises of five major operational sections Epidemiology Biostatistics, Health Policy Management, Population Reproductive Health, Environmental Health Climate Change, and Noncommunicable Diseases Mental Health.This is a grantfunded contractual position.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible formonitoring the data collection process in the field, evaluating and ensuring the accuracy of the datawriting a weekly reportcoordinating with the project supervisors to discuss field related activitiesproviding training to the staff as per the protocols and guidelines of studyoverseeing the project, simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient daytoday operation of research related activitiesensuring all research related auditable materials are always up to dateconducting in depth interviews and FGDsmonitoring all components of the project in the field, evaluating, and ensuring the accuracy of the datatranslation and transcription of data from Urdu to English. RequirementsYou should haveMBBS or generic BScN, BDS, DPT, PharmD or equivalent with a valid PMDCPNC Licensemasters in sociology or equivalentone to two years of relevant work experiencebasic knowledge of survey and other research designsexperience in data collection, analysis and interpretation in terms of report writing and biostaticsstrong interpersonal skills and communicationintegrity and strong research ethicsexcellent written and verbal communication skills in Englishcomfort with working in challenging fieldbased settingsproven mixed method research skillsstrong people management skills, particularly in challenging field environment.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
