To achieve our target of growing to a 200 million company within the next 24 months, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager in India who will be responsible for looking into technical services for us. As a Junior Technical Service Specialist, youll play a key role in collaborating with customer support teams, to deliver impactful features and enhancements. Youll focus on gathering user requirements, and helping translate these into the suitable content. Youll help resolve support issues and respect SLAs set up.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize content for clients across multiple channels email, push notifications, onsite content to drive smooth onboarding and feature adoption.Act as a bridge between customer support and development teams, addressing technical support tickets quickly and efficiently.Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients and internal teams.Assist in analyzing content performance and provide insights to improve future product and content releases.Collaborate with teams to improve product features and resolve customerfacing challenges.Requirements13 years of experience in technical services or HtmlCSS related role support, QA, etc.. Handson experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to help guide frontend product decisions.Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing product usage data.Previous experience working in a support or customerfacing role, with the ability to empathize with users and troubleshoot issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate product vision and requirements.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced startup environment.A problemsolving mindset with a strong attention to detail.Nice to HaveExperience working on a CDMP or similar datadriven platforms. Knowledge of API integrations and data analytics tools.
