Solicits feedback from leadership and provides timely updates.Able to build on design language through insightdriven modifications and suggestions.Identifies opportunity for collaboration. Initiates conversations with product and tech teams to discuss ideas.What You KnowA minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas user experience, information architecture, or creative design.Internet and retail experience strongly preferred.A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve customer needsAdvance in design and prototyping tools eg.
